Crossroads serves the entire family, not just the patient. Patients and families are always included in the decision-making process. Bereavement counseling is provided to the family for a year, or more as needed after the death of
    a loved one.

Crossroads cares for the family, friends and loved ones of the terminally ill. That care also includes the psychological, social and spiritual components of hospice.

Crossroad’s staff is available around the clock to consult with the family to make after hour visits as appropriate.

For those patients at home, Crossroads has a respite care

program, which places the patient in a facility and allows the family and friends some time away for some much needed rest.

Crossroads also provides a “watch” and “continuous care” program when our patient is most critical.
