TROY -- Phyllis Wrenick, 99, is in hospice and one of her true loves for her entire life is square dancing. While Phyllis can't square dance herself anymore, she does still love being around it.
Friday night she was joined by family, friends from Caldwell House, and members of the Concord Clover Squares as part of the ''Gift of a Day'' program created by Crossroads Hospice in Troy.
''These moments bring us joy and happiness for the patients, for the family, and for the staff'', Marie Sutton, a social worker told us, ''it really is finding that perfect moment for a patient and their family and joy in a difficult time."
Phyllis actually used to organize community square dances up until just a few years ago.
