Hospice In-Service Training Program

Crossroads provides hospice in-service training at no cost to healthcare professionals at hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities and related organizations. Crossroads’ in-services help healthcare professionals understand the end-of-life process and the physical and emotional needs of a hospice patient.

If you’re an administrator, director of nursing or a facility educator who is responsible for coordinating ongoing education at your facility, Crossroads is here to help. Below are a few of the clinical and bereavement in-service topics we can present. Other topics are available upon request.
