Registered Nurses (RNs) at Crossroads enjoy:

Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications: 

• Current, unencumbered State RN license. 
• 2 years nursing experience preferred 
• 1-2 years of Home Health or Hospice experience preferred 
• A desire to see patients in both homes and facilities to support them with hands-on patient care. 
• A personal vehicle, car insurance, and an unencumbered driving record. 
  

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

• 2 years nursing experience preferred
• Current, unencumbered State LPN license.
• 1-2 years of Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
• Personal transportation, motor vehicle insurance, and an unencumbered driving record.
• A desire to see patients in both homes and facilities to support them with hands-on patient care.
